From College Parties to Festival Stages
It all started in 2019 at one of my fraternity’s parties. One of the seniors had some DJ gear they’d barely touched, and I offered to try my hand – having never done it before. Surprisingly, I picked it up fairly easily. There was something electric about bringing people together through music and watching them dance and have a good time. It didn’t long for me to go hunting for my next gigs.
Since those early days, I’ve been privileged to play at bars and nightclub around Reno, sharing stages with major EDM acts like SayMyName and Sikdope, and even landing on the Bass Camp Festival lineup alongside the legendary Deadmau5 in 2023. Those experiences taught me how to bring that big-stage energy to any crowd – no matter the size.
Why Private Events?
While I love the rush of a packed dance floor at a club or festival, I also found myself drawn to smaller, more intimate celebrations. In 2022, I started offering my services for weddings, corporate functions, and private parties, where I can bring the same high-octane performance, but tailored to each client’s unique taste. There’s something special about helping couple celebrate their big day or helping a company team cut loose at a corporate bash.
Whether I’ve got some house music keeping the crowd dancing, we’re rocking out to the hair bands of the 80s, or kicking the dust up with country greats, I pride myself on reading the crowd and weaving in just the right tracks. Every event is different, so I’m all about flexibility, open-format mixing, and making sure you and your guests have an unforgettable time.
